Support
Email support@code-it.info. Every request gets a reply from the person who builds ReleaseGuard.
What to include
- Your Salesforce org ID (Setup → Company Information) and whether it is a production org or a sandbox.
- The ReleaseGuard version (Setup → Installed Packages).
- The rule code (for example RG-004) and what you expected to see.
- Screenshots if they help. Please do not send passwords, security tokens or customer data.
Support hours and response times
Business days are Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00 Central European Time, excluding Polish public holidays. The response time is the time until the first reply from a person, not until the issue is resolved.
| Plan | First response | Also included |
|---|---|---|
| Trial | Best effort | Email support |
| Standard | Within 2 business days | Email support, documentation |
| Professional | Within 1 business day | 1-hour onboarding call, help interpreting findings |
| Premium | Same business day for requests received by 15:00 CET; otherwise the next business day | 1-hour release-readiness review call before each Salesforce release (3 per year), priority on new rule requests |
Security issues
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in ReleaseGuard, email support@code-it.info with the subject "Security report". Security reports are handled first, whatever your plan.
Rule requests
